📧 Newsletter Settings

This section allows administrators to collect email addresses from visitors who wish to subscribe to updates. Note: This platform does not send newsletters directly. It is designed to collect and export subscriber data for use in professional email marketing services such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue or ConvertKit.

Subscriber Collection

  • Subscription Form: A simple email input field is displayed on the homepage or footer (depending on theme settings).
  • Validation: Email addresses are validated before being stored to ensure proper formatting.
  • Storage: All collected emails are stored securely in the database with a timestamp.

Exporting Subscribers

  • Click Export CSV to download all collected email addresses in a standard CSV format.
  • The exported file includes:
    • Email Address
    • Date Subscribed
  • This file can be imported into any third-party email marketing platform for campaign management.

Search & Filter

  • Use the search bar to find specific subscribers by email.
  • Filter by subscription date to review recent signups.
